• seaman’s book (national and flag state)
• Dutch certificate of competence Second Officer (at least valid for 6 months after signing off)
• STCW courses (appropriate for the type of vessel trade)
• minimum 1 year of DSV experience
• 1 year of North Sea experience
• must have a good command of the English language (both verbal and in writing)
Schengen visa are preferable
