Construction Job Description: The Client provides Project Management Consultancy services to clients in many countries, for Energy & Chemical projects including Refinery, Ethylene plantsJob Summary Represent client in PMC role at Ruwais to Plan, direct and coordinate Contractors and Subcontractors programs and job analysis for employer.
Performs other duties as required:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Responsible for the site construction activities for his specific discipline and area in respect of safety, quality, schedule and cost.
2) Monitors subcontractor or controls direct hire labour force for his discipline.
3) Fully familiar with the drawings and specifications applicable to the project.
4) Ensures subcontractor works to the approved construction method statements and schedules.
5) Ensures that construction procedures are adhered to, and is fully familiar with the quality control ones applicable to his discipline.
6) Ensure subcontractor is performing to schedule requirements and has sufficient qualified supervision, skilled labour and plant.
7) Audits/reports on Subcontractors performance on day to day matters.
Engineering Diploma with extensive experience
Must have Refinery and PMC experience
Knowledge of latest Construction methods, project, Environmental management techniques
Candidates must score 75% to warrant interview.
Monthly Salary: US$9,000.00 Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
