Set up Company structured risk management framework at all levels; Project, Business, and Enterprise
Develop Risk Management System for objective setting, event identification, risk assessment, risk response, control activities, information and communication, and monitoring.
Develop the Risk Documentation as to Policies and Procedures.
Develop the Risk Management Tools and communication system
Plan implementation of the risk management system.
Manage the risk systems.
Summary of Activities:
Identify strategic, operational, financial, and management key risks using most effective and efficient techniques in analyzing, assessing, prioritizing, reporting, and monitoring across the organization
Direct the process of promoting understanding Risk Management through training and participating in the seminars and specialized risk bodies
Assist in developing and perpetually updating Company Risk Register and Risk library at all business levels
Facilitate identifying opportunities and threats with the Company strategist
Assist project managers to develop the project’s level risk framework as to identification, analyzing, assessing, and setting corresponding management measures.
Facilitate recommend corresponding control measures with the projects and operational stakeholders
Liaise with the Internal Audit in respect to planning observations and risk implication
Establish efficient and effective Risk Management Reporting System for monitoring and follow up
Qualifications:
Recognized risk management qualification, other relevant qualifications would be plus.
University degree (Preferably MBA) in business Administration/Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum (10) years experience in a risk managerial level in the projects management, preferably in the oil and gas construction industry. Location: United Arab Emirates (UAE)
