Seafarer require dinghy & windsurf instructors to teach RYA courses to a range of abilities from novice to advanced sailors and windsurfers. This includes associated beach duties; rigging and putting away the equipment, maintenance, and manning of safety boats. You will also be involved in the social aspect of our operation including welcome presentations, pool games, party nights, quiz nights and other events for adults and children.
You must be an RYA qualified Dinghy or windsurf Instructor with current First Aid Certificate. We also offer courses in Performance and Multihull sailing so endorsements holding these qualifications would be advantageous.
You must be able to work unsupervised and adept at teaching people of varied backgrounds, ages and abilities. Comprehensive on the job training will be given in resort. We have full and high season positions available for 2012 Location: Mediterranean
