Jacking Engineers, Jack up Barge

effective control and efficient operation of the unit’s jacking system;
day to day maintenance on the unit’s jacking system;
operating the jacking system within the design criteria;
assist the Barge Master, supervising the barge related activities;
assist with barge movements;
assist during anchor handling operations and support vessel activities;
report / writing skills required to prepare and maintain the jacking log and load stability
sheets, as well as recording scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on the jacking
system;
reports to the Barge Master;
being familiar with his duties in an emergency situation and being aware of acts &
regulations, Company’s procedures, and ensures that those are complied with.
