Job description
The AP is responsible for:
Ensuring Safety from the System in compliance with DE Electrical Safety Rules (GE)
Under the direction and instruction of SAP/Control Engineer:
Authorised person of all HV systems to perform HV isolations and earthing where specified in writing from an SAP/Control Engineer
Issuing, transferring, receiving, clearing and cancelling safety documents where specified in writing from an SAP/Control Engineer
Operating the electrical systems on WTG
Oversee the testing, commissioning and energisation of all offshore cables
Working from WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) installation vessel
(Up to) four SAP consultants are required; two of which shall also act as control engineers in addition to the SAP function. The control engineers are responsible for establishing a total overview of the current state of electrical system at all time, and issuing safety documents as part of the Permit to Work setup and management.
The Schaltauftragberechtigte (SAP) and Control Engineers will support tasks on OSS or in the windfarm.
Oversee cabling and termination of HV transformers, switchgear and HV assets
Oversee testing, commissioning and operation of the SCADA system, including the fibre optic cabling system
Participating in preparation of snagging lists, non-conformities (NC) and non-conformity reports (NCR)
Job requirements
Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or master electrician with experience as switching operator
Have several years of experience in the operation of power systems working with 34 kV systems
Have working experience with formalised safety systems, being able to receive safety documents
English speaking
Our offer
2 weeks rotation. 12 hours a day
Working off- and onshore
Starting between 15 june and 1 july. Ending September 2016. Extension of 6 months possible
