Job description
The Senior Authorised Persons (SAP) shall report to the Lead SAP and Lead Commissioning Manager and will also act as Control Engineer.
The SAP is responsible for:
Ensuring Safety from the System in compliance with DE Electrical Safety Rules (GE)
Energise string and turbines pre-grid using diesel generator on Offshore Substa-tion (OSS)
Commissioning and operation of medium and high voltage systems until final handover to the Operation
Preparation of switching schedules, supporting document, shutdown procedures etc. for ensuring that the work is performed in compliance with the relevant safe-ty regulations, law and legislation
For execution , coordination and monitoring of electrical commissioning activities
Oversee the testing, commissioning and energisation of all offshore cables
Oversee cabling and termination of HV transformers, switchgear and HV assets
Oversee testing, commissioning and operation of the SCADA system, including the fibre optic cabling system
Preparation, issuing and cancelling of safety documents, including permits and Permits to Work
Participating in preparation of snagging lists, non-conformities (NC) and non-conformity reports (NCR)
Tasks on both OSS (substation) and Windfarm
Mainly working on hotel vessel or OSS
Job requirements
Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or master electrician with experience as switching operator
Have several years of experience in the operation of power systems working with > 150 kV systems
Demonstrate a good understanding of commissioning and testing of power systems
Have working experience with formalised safety systems, being able to issue safety documents
English speaking
Our offer
2 weeks rotation. 12 hours a day
Working off- and onshore
Starting between 15 june and 1 july. Ending September 2016. Extension of 6 months possible.
