
Tasks
Integrates Hamburg Süd system data into MS Excel and Access programs and reports
Creates and/or maintains user friendly databases, programs and reports from extractions of various data sources to support the performance analysis
Regularly verifies and crosscheck data to ensure accuracy quality
Develops new ways to improve existing reports and daily functions
Assists colleagues in data and report requests
Builds MS PowerPoint presentations based on various resources
Coordinates weekly commercial meetings with all the involved parties, including the schedule, agenda, room setup and minutes
Requirements
At least 5 year experience in a similar position
Knowledge in the shipping or transport industry is welcome but not mandatory
MS Excel – Advanced experience with pivot tables, formulas, graphs, creating, and manipulating data, able to show results in graphical matter
MS PowerPoint – Experience in creating and editing presentations using multiple data from various sources (Excel, Access, and Word)
Fast learner of the internal company systems
Organizational skills
Highly organized
Bachelors’ degree or equivalent desired
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
