The Company «ADMIRAL Marine Management Ltd.» was founded in 1996 year in St.Petersburg, Russia. As crewing agents we hereby offer you various marine specialists.

The majority of them have already had an experience of serving on board the vessels of foreign shipping companies. The knowledge of their English language is properly checked as well as their professional abilities.

In accordance with your wishes we can organize any type of crew favorable to your Company. We check their background carefully and always select candidates with good references for various types of vessels (Reefers, Generals, Bulkers, Containers, Timbers, Tankers, LPG, LNG, RO-RO, LO-RO, RO-FLOW, Multy-purposes, Coasters, Passenger Ferries and Tugs of all ranks).

ADMIRAL MARINE MANAGEMENT

Our Company has following demands: In order to enter into our file, you should have full set of valid and genuine documents (list) in accordance with STCW 78/95, as amended. You should have sufficient experience in position, you applied for,- six months, at least. Masters / Chief Engineers should know English excellent or very good, all Officers should know English good in volume of occupying position, Ratings should clear understand all commands of their superiors in English. We have following limit of age for staff on board: Masters / Ch.Engineers: 60 years; Officers: 55 years; Ratings: 55 years. Our Company can offer you different vacancies onboard following vessels: Reefers, Dry cargo, Bulkers, Containers, Timbers, RO-RO, Multy-purposes, Coasters. The age of our managing ships is in range of 1 year – 23 years. The tonnage of vessels: 1.200 – 45.000 dwt, mainly over 6.000 dwt. Trading area is worldwide Wages, we are offering, you can find here (wages). Fixed overtime: 90 hours, either 103 hours. Wages of Officers are including everything, wages of ratings have “open” overtime. Duration of contracts: 3 +/- 1 months, 5 +/- 2 months, either 6 +/-1 months. Nationality of crews: both mixed and full Russian. Nationality of Owners: Norwegian, German, British, Greek, Russian. Crews are both full and short. The main activity of our Company for today is crew manning of reefer ships. We offer: full Russian and mixed crews, duration of contract: 3 +/-1 months, 5 +/- 2 months, trading area: South America – Europe or Mediterranean Sea, cargo: fresh fruits, frozen meet. Dear Employers, We think some details of our service will be interesting to you and will help you to know us closer.

Our file consists of about 3.000 Seafarers now. Our Electronic Database allows us to operate promptly.

We search candidates using different ways. The main one is advertising of our Company in different world-known Directories and Maritime Training Centers of our city. A part of new Seafarers coming by recommendation of our present clients. We do hope this site will assist us on this matter too.
Then, candidates screen, during a personal interview. We check carefully theirs:

- documents ( at Harbour Masters` office, if necessary ),
- working history ( at previous Employers and crew agents ),
- English level.

We indicate our first impressions about them in their c.vs. We kindly inform you, we work with reputable persons only!!!

We cooperate with leading Maritime Training Center in St.Petersburg, basing in the State Marine Academy named by adm.S.O.Makarov. Their service including the full list of Maritime Training Programs as per STCW 78/95, as amended.

All above allow us to nominate for Employers most suitable candidates in accordance with their requirements. If necessary, we propose 2 or 3 candidates for each position for their option.

We organize phone interview between Employer and our Seafarer, if required.

After an Employer`s approval, we keep our candidate on stand by and prepare all necessary documents for his safe departure, including entry visas for a country of his destination. We are in close contact with all Consulates in St.Petersburg, all rest Consulates in Moscow as well.
Each candidate passes fresh medical examination and drug & alcohol test, has valid vaccination against Yellow Fever before his departure.

We can arrange full set of required "National Flag" documents in order to obtain National Licenses, such as Panamanian, Bahamian, Cyprus`...
We can arrange also other documents as per internal Company`s requirements.

We arrange pre-joining briefings with candidates the day before their departure. We divide this briefing to General briefing with all crew and to personal briefing with each candidate, when he signs a contract.

We do always our best for a safe and in-time departure of our candidates from St.Petersburg.

We can organize the flights for crew.

The nearest international airport is PULKOVO.

During the Seafarers` contracts we render every possible information effort to their relatives by different questions.

We do the full crew service from the selection of candidate up to his joining the ship.

We are quite flexible and could adapt to any demands of a new Employer.
