INOK TM has signed agreement with SoftMarine concerning the development and installation of a computerized Planned Maintenance System (PMS MARINOS) for all ships under the management.

INOK TM crew management team selects of highly qualified crews, both in a single order and on the basis of manning full crews for all types of vessels to European and Russian Shipowners. The crew management operations exceed requirements in the TMSA guidelines and strive to provide high quality personnel.

Presently, about 1000 seafarers serviced on board of modern vessels such as bulkers, general cargo, oil and chemical tankers, off-shore fleet, sea-river going tugs and river tugs.
