Since 1990, the year we opened our first office in Mariupol, Ukraine, our primary scope has always been the sourcing, selection and supply of Ukrainian Seafarers. Over the years we have built deep knowledge of the local community and culture, which greatly improves the quality of our services.

Today, after 24 years of continuous and successful operation, Adriatico is managed by sea-going professionals as Master Mariners and Marine / Engineer Superintendents who understand what a ship needs. The long term commitment of our 25-strong staff, all of whom have shipping industry experience, enables Adriatico to seemlessly operate five offices in Odessa, Mariupol, Kiev, Sevastopol and Piraeus.

We accurately select the best available Seafarers with in-depth interviews (and more), and quickly propose the best candidates with sincerity, objectiveness and without prejudice to our international clientele of Shipmanagers for their pools.
