All shore-based personnel of Epsilon Odessa are seasoned human resources-oriented professionals with a diverse background. We employ ex-mariners, administrative officers and crew operators, accountants and trainers who are well-versed in the maritime profession. Seafarers’ sustainable employment is what drives their actions and the well-being of seafarers’ families is our orientation and focus.
