"Global Consulting Ltd." is connecting-link between Owner and Seafarer.

We propose Owners to recruit qualified and competent ukrainian officers and ratings for international crews and represent ship owners in the East of Ukraine region. Our main objective is to supply our Principal with crew/seafarers who are well disciplined, qualified and competent. Our crew members will hold their rating certificate of competency, or higher, of ex-USSR or Ukrainian/Russian origin, and will have successfully passed the pre-employment medical examination by International standards, as laid down in the S.T.C.W. (Standards of Training Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers) International Convention of 78/95.

Database of "Global Consulting Ltd." has more than two thousand seafarers. All staff of our company has many year's standing experience in personnel management, due to the fact that our employee had worked in personnel department of Azov Shipping Company till its reorganisation.

"Global Consulting Ltd." has passed certification procedure of ISO 9001 standatrs by Russian Maritime Register of shipping. We are planning to obtain the "Certificate of Quality" in the nearest future.

Global Consulting Ltd. proposes to provide you by job at sea. We will assist you in preparation of all requred maritime documentation, such as follows:

• seamans book;
• radar observation and plotting;
• automatic radar plotting aids (ARPA);
• GMDSS (general or restricted courses);

All documents will be issued accordingly Standards of Training Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers International Convention of 78/95.
