We are crewing agency situated in Odessa, Ukraine. Our agency was founded by Captain Stanislav Dzhezher in 1998 to meet highest standards of modern shipping industry. Since then, we provide our foreign partners with qualified seafarers for different types of vessels, such as reefers, containers, bulkers, tankers, coasters, offshore support vessels, etc.

All our seafarers are duly certified according to STCW’78/95, have maritime education and sufficient experience in rank on board of foreign flag vessels.

We constantly develop and expand our database. Plenty of seamen can see our advertisement in different regions of our Country, such as Crimea, Mariupol, Izmail, etc.

Moreover, we cooperate with a number of crewing companies situated all around the Ukraine, who can offer for consideration alternative candidatures form their regions.
