Maritime Crewing Agency (MCA)
We were founded in 1995 and have been active from the very beginning of the crew manning business in Ukraine. We dispose of excellent database of seafarers of all ranks with experience on different types of vessels, which we can offer for employment.
Our agency carries out its services in accordance with ISO-9002 regulations and experienced Managers of our agency, ex- Masters and ex- Ch. Engineers select and interview every potential candidate.
All our seamen are duly trained and qualified according to the STCW 78/95 Convention requirements have all necessary International certificates.
Cooperating with our agency Ship Owner will never have problems with rotation planning, arranging sources, visas, travel organization, agent interaction as we take whole responsibility for all the related procedures.
At present we collaborate with the Ship Owners in Ukraine, Greece, Germany and Japan.
The extensive, more that 10 years, experience of our agency in the manning market, allows us to offer efficient and reliable service in the following:
- Providing the vessels with complete crew as well as with individual specialists in accordance with Ship Owner or Ship Manager request.
- Preparing and processing all the documents (visas, seaman`s passports, Panamanian, Cyprian, Maltese, Liberian and any other National Licences) necessary for the seafarers to be employed.
