Nevzat Ayd?n Management has her registered office in Istanbul, Turkey and provides ship management services with utmost respect for the environment, our clients, principals, partners and employees.

We provide comprehensive, in- house crew management services to the international marine industry.

Our seafarers meet the very highest technical and operational standards. All personnel fully comply with STCW ’95 requirements and always have the necessary experience relevant to the type of tonnage to which they are appointed. Our recruitment process is dedicated to providing crews with maximum expertise and self-sustainable capability.

In order to provide properly qualified seafarers we ensure careful screening and selection procedures ahead of deployment. In addition, we provide continuous education and training ashore as well as onboard in agreement with Owners to achieve desired levels of competence.

All crews in our management hold the necessary STCW certification.
