Manning policy for selecting and registration of high qualified marine specialists is based on regulations of International Convention on standards of training, certification and watch keeping for seafarers, 1978, as amended 1995 (STCW 78/95), International Maritime Organization (IMO) Conventions, International Labor Organization (ILO) Conventions, company Safety Management System / International Safety Management Code and fully in compliance with requirement of Ships Owners/ Managers. Since the very beginning ODESOS NAVIGATION COMPANY implements the Safety Management System and all our staff, both ashore and at sea, are fully familiarized and experiences in this matter. Each vessel supplied by our Company with adequately manned and competent, medical, drug/ alcohol tested, qualified and reliable crew.
