Almost all of our seafarers are trained in the best training centers as: Training Ship “Lesozavodsk”, South Academy and advanced training of Industrial Policy of Ukraine, Kyiv State Maritime Acalemy, Kuznetsov Naval Academy (St.Petersburg), Admiral Makarov State Maritime Academy (St.Petersburg), National University of Shipbuilding named after admiral Makarov (Nikolaev), Ukrainian Maritime Institute (Sevastopol), The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science & Technology (London), Odessa maritime college of fish industry named after O. Solyanyk, Kherson maritime college named after Lt.Shmidt, Nikolaev maritime school named after K.F. Olshanskiy, and recognized DNV training centers: Seafarers Training Centre (Odessa), Training Center of Seafarers “AVANT”, Marine Consulting & Service (Mariupol), Izmail Maritime Training Centre, Black Sea Training Center (Sevastopol), Seafarers Training Center (Kherson). Selection procedure of all crewmembers includes preliminary discussion on the contract terms and conditions, English level, professional ability and documents, alcohol and drug tests, medical and finally previous see service analyzing in details (verifying, collecting references, etc.).

We arrange all the necessary documents for seafarers including applying for visa . Our company staff are high educated and well-qualified skilled marine captains, officers and engineers showing large experience in shipping and crewing.
