Seapal is a Myanmar crew management company that specialises in quality-assured crewing services for ship-owners and ship management companies worldwide.

Founded in 1986, the Seapal management team in Yangon, started as the representative of the Ahrenkiel Shipping (HK) Ltd. Seapal holds the Seafarer Recruitment and Placement Services License, and it maintains a quality system standard in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 and MLC, 2006.

Seapal offers tailored crewing services and international recruitment solutions. With offices located in Myanmar, Thailand and Singapore, Seapal provides access to a diverse pool of candidates. They include experienced and well-qualified Myanmar maritime officers, engineers, ratings and international hospitality crew, all with a good command of English. In serving the needs of the ship managers, we offer the expertise, resources and means to meet our clients’ crew management needs.

In 1990, Seapal began supplying qualified and experienced candidates to major cruise lines, one of which includes the S.S EDINBURGH CASTLE, owned and operated by Messrs. Low Line Ltd., UK. Since then, Seapal entered the cruise industry, with full confidence to meet the demand of a wide range of positions on board, including the hotel crew, food & beverage crew, galley crew and maritime crew.
