S.K.S.L (S.R.P.S) locates at WEST Yangon, and its office premises more than 800 square feet, which is fully equipped with state-of–art office facilities as well as motor vehicle, assures a smooth communication channel with customers and seafarers, and quality services being provided. Presently, there are Four departments including Education and Training Dept, Crewing Dept,  Accounting Dept, and HR & Admin Dept, which together are also a dynamic and professional team with good servicing attitude, responsive and efficient management skills. The top management personnel are ocean-going Master Mariners and Chief Engineers, they are experienced in both ship and shore management; and all of key executive personnel are degree holder or above, some of them are having overseas education and working background, which enable the operation team with sincere servicing attitude and well versed professional skills and proficient English in conversing. With the support of all these hardware and software, recruitment, assessment, training, management and other crewing related activities are able to implement effectively in order to assure optimum service provided to each and individual customer. S.K.S.L (S.R.P.S) has been always focusing on training seafarers’ professional skill, and cultivating safety management. In order to have highly trained and qualified seafarers, consistently, we are carrying on strict and systematic pre-joining briefing and training to all seafarers, in addition, conducting tailored and enhanced pre-joining education in satisfying each and individual customer’s needs. Through education and training, it further improves seafarers’ operational skills and foreign language level, it builds professionalism, enhances the safety awareness and teamwork, as well as obedience and discipline.
