The company was amalgamated in 2015 to further provide subsea offshore and management service.

We aim to provide realistic, cost effective-solutions and execution in accordance with the customer’s criteria and in line our company policies.

The company acheive its ISO 9001 and SAC accredition in 2015 for scope in provision of vessel management service;sefarer recruitment
and placement service; and management of subsea engineering services associated with remote operated vehicle operations and diving for marine offshore and oil and gas industries.
