Min. Relevant Experience: 2 + Years
Vacancies: 1
1. Handle Sign on/off, in liaison with operations team, Surveyors, Flag state officers.
2. Maritime Authorities, Consulates & Embassies, Local, national & International Ship Agents.
3. Liaise with Manager Operations, Travel Agents & Ship Agents for all crew travel, sign on, accommodation and logistic arrangements.
4. Interact with sailing officers/crew for smooth working.
5. Prepare all statutory documents related to crew.
6. Follow up with wage remittances, PF, & checking of Portage bills from vessels.
7. Responsible for completing joining formalities of Crew member (including medical).
8. Liaise with operations team for preparations of security passes as required for various projects. Location: Worldwide
