The Tanker fleet offers a rotation schedule of 30 days onboard and 30 days leave, while the dry-bulk fleet offers a voluntary leave system of 6 weeks onboard and 6 weeks leave. In order to be considered for navigation positions, candidates must possess a minimum certificate of Chief Mate. Preference will be given to those with an Unlimited certificate. In order to be considered for engineer positions, candidates must possess a minimum of a 3rd Class Engineer, Motor Certificate. Preference will be given to those with a 2nd Class Engineer, Motor Certificate or higher. |
