What are we looking for?
We are seeking new colleagues who feel at home in an inspiring international business with a short chain of command. We expect you to be dedicated to shipping and be prepared to contribute to the success of one of the world's largest lenders to the shipping industry.
We are looking for persons with extensive experience either from the shipping industry or from the financial sector. We will also consider recruiting people who have recently graduated from a higher education programme, possibly complemented by a couple of years of relevant work experience. First of all, you must have an uncompromising approach to the quality of your work and rank among the best within your field.
You are creative, tolerant, accommodating and have proven the usefulness of your personality and skills in many different contexts. You are persevering in your efforts to apply your knowledge and insight to create results. You will be given professional challenges and must therefore be prepared to develop your skills and acquire new knowledge in the endeavours to identify practical solutions to often complex issues. We expect you to be ready to assume the responsibility that you will quickly be given.
