Qualifications and Requirements:
A minimum of one year experience on-board tanker vessels are needed urgently by a shipping company in Apapa, Lagos to join as a crew on their big tanker vessels.

Applicants must have the following certificates
Basic STWC certificates
i.e FPFF - Fire Fighting and Fire Prevention
PST - Personal Survival techniques
PSSR - Personal Safety and Social responsibilities
EFA - Elementary First Aid
OTF - Oil Tanker Familiarization
AFF - Advanced Fire Fighting
Advanced Medical
GMDSS - Global Maritime Distress and Safety System
PSCRB - Proficiency in Survival Craft and life Boat
ARPA RADAR
SSO (Ship Security Officer) / ISPS code / ISM (International Safety Management) code
International Passport
OOW unlimited / Chief Mate License
CDC (Discharge Book)
Yellow card
ECDIS (not compulsory) Location: Worldwide
