Seamen/ Human Resources
Employment of qualified and trained seamen of all categories from Baltic states, Russia and Ukraine, Philippines, India and other as per employers requirements;
Analyze applications and selection of recommendable candidates for certain position.
Qualification and training documents control, control of references with seafarers previous employer and English level control of seafarers;
Arranging cost efficient travelling for seamen, visa, and flag states licenses, endorsements, communicating with local agents and keeping updated records;
Crew relieves planning with regular sailing and vacation periods;
Strict following Clients Quality Management Systems, as well as own quality procedures;
Arranging of Crew training process in co-operation with leading Training Centers in Baltic States;
Maintain computerized seafarers personal records/ planning on online crew management system “Crew Inspector”;
And any other formalities as per Employers request;
Seamen's department: 24 hours service 7 days per week.
