Age: 37-55 year old.
Competency: Academic educations, certificate of competency from recognized flag. Masters holding only panama certificate are not accepted. Familiar with ISM, ISPS codes, computer office works. Ability for container planning.
Experience: At least 2-3 contracts as master on ocean going container vessels.
English language ability must be considered. Past history and Reference from the last company.
