Havila Shipping ASA was established in 2003 and listed in 2005. Our head office is located in Fosnavåg. The company currently has a fleet of 27 vessels of the type AHTS, PSV, MPSV and RRV. Havila employs approximately 800 people. Our vessels operate mainly in the North Sea but we also have vessels in Brazil, UK, Malaysia and Denmark. We have a modern fleet with an average age of 5 years.
To be a Deck cadet in Havila we also require AB qualifications. Minimum requirements are therefore:
- Certificate of apprenticeship AB
- Medical certificate
- Safety training STCW
- Security duties CoP (ISPS/Sjofolk med særlige sikringsplikter)
