Port Masters

FGBU AMP Primorsky Krai and the Eastern Arctic recruits seafarers for the vacancies of "Masters for the seaports of Vostochny, Pevek, Egvekinot, Beringovsky".
Qualification requirements in accordance with the Federal Law of 08.11.2007 N 261-FZ "On seaports in the Russian Federation and on amending certain legislative acts of the Russian Federation", Order of the Ministry of Transport of Russia of 17.02.2014 N 39 "On approval of the Regulations on the captain of the sea port ":

Presence of higher education in the field of sea navigation;

Having a navigational experience of at least twenty-four months as captain of a seagoing vessel with a gross tonnage of three thousand or more.
