Main Function The prime function of the ITV Host-Hostess is to collate and upload all authorized information into the ITV system correctly on time.
Education High school graduate
Language Skills English and at least another language.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Demonstrated ability to entertain, communicate and socialize with persons of all nationalities and all ages and backgrounds
2. Skillful level of experience as a desktop publisher, or successful background in a similar position with this or other cruise (or resort) company.
3. Adequate working knowledge of Mac Operating System and other graphics software
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Ensure all daily information for each day’s programme is updated, with the supervision of the ITV Coordinator and uploaded into the TV system before printing of the Ship’s Daily Program for the following day.
2. Ensure all information relating to the Daily Activity, Excursions, Promotions and Services is translated in due time for transmission into the principal languages of Guests as defined on the ITV Menu. (Italian, English, Germanà, French, Spanish, Portuguese)
3. Prepare all graphics material for publicity/advertising for the OBR Manager, using all text and graphic resources approved by MSC. The same taxt has to be insert in the ITV System in the appropriate section.
