We are looking for candidates for the following position in our Terneuzen office:
QHSE Manager (1 fte)
As QHSE Manager you are the leader of a dynamic QHSE team consisting of a Vetting and Safety Officer and a QHSE Assistant. Your role is to further maintain and develop, together with the colleagues, Heads QA and HSE of the Vroon Group, to standards exceeding ISM / ISPS / ISO, legal and customer requirements. You are the translator and inspirator of Vroon’s safety culture and you are a role model for safety awareness. You coordinate and monitor the execution and analyses of audits and manage the follow-up of TMSA audits and vetting inspections from Oil Majors. In this position you report to the Managing Director of Vroon Ship Management B.V.
To be considered for this position you require a Higher Technical Vocational Education diploma, excellent knowledge of QA and HSE systems and a minimum of five years’ experience in a managerial position, preferably in the maritime industry. You have strong analytical and managerial skills and are able to communicate and influence at all levels within the organisation. In addition, you have the ability to lead, develop and motivate the team, ensuring continuous professional and personal development.
