We are looking for someone with very good cooking experience in different styles and cuisines, who is hard-working, organised, creative, and passionate about food and customer service. You will be able to work in a high-pressure, high-turnover environment, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be a team player and also able to work unsupervised.
Desired sailing cooks with experience on local ferries and experience in restaurants, also freelancers and 4*-5* cooks are welcome.
Applicants must possess: Good command of English/Russian/Estonian Food preparation and cooking, plating, presentation Kitchen maintenance and cleaning Maintaining and ordering stocks and supplies Menu planning Following food safety requirements Ability to manage a variety of tasks with minimal supervision, with evidence of a strong commitment to quality and customer service.
Job itself is on rent basis(11 eur/h) or on event basis (will be agreed).
