We are currently looking to recruit two Crewing Coordinators to join the fast-paced dynamic department of Crewing and Travel. The role is fundamental to delivering our personnel to vessels worldwide in a timely and professional manner. The department supports every aspect of allocation, training, welfare and logistical service to our personnel. Never is one day ever the same.

Your main responsibilities will include, but not exclusively to, planning and arranging crew allocation to survey vessels. You will be involved in the organisation and administration of training, personal development programmes, recruitment and external organisational engagement. You will work as part of a team to develop strong inter-departmental working relationships and develop initiatives to improve personnel standards within the company. You will be required to inform crew personnel on vessel deployments and will liaise with crew on obtaining any project specific documentation including in-country visa applications. You will be required to handle crew queries and provide operational support to the Crewing Manager and Travel team as and when required.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organisational skills and can handle multiple projects simultaneously. You will be passionate about people and have a strong work ethic to support our personnel in their requirements to do their role. You will have experience working in a logistical/operational environment and be flexible to changing demands and pressure on a daily basis. You will have a proven work history in marine crewing/personnel logistics or similar role with transferable professional experience. Essentially you will have a high level of IT literacy including database systems, Microsoft Suite and Outlook and be process driven.
