We are looking for a Legal Executive to join our legal team in London. You will need a few years’ experience, preferably as a paralegal in a finance or corporate finance department of a private practice law firm. Experience working within a ship finance team would be considered an advantage. This is a broad in-house role within a fast growing company which will involve a wide variety of transactional work in relation to Group’s commercial activities, insurance policies, vessel acquisition and ship finance activities. At its core, the role will involve paralegal assistance for the Group’s legal team. No agencies please.
