Responsibilities

Process and deploy marine resources to support pilotage and harbour tug operations
Communicate with vessels to coordinate on arrival and service timing
Process customers' orders, amendments and cancellations
Attend to all customer queries
Requirements

Possess at least GCE 'O' level or equivalent
Comfortable with operating computer-based control systems
Able to remain calm and make logical decisions under stress and emergency circumstances
Proficient in MS Office
Willing to perform shift work Location: Worldwide
