Operations Assistant / Senior Operations Assistant (Base Operations) – 2 vacancies available

Responsibilities

Take on a leadership role in planning and deployment of marine resources
Supervise marine crew and base activities
Perform compliance checks to ensure personnel and work safety at base
Perform regular checks and survey on the status and upkeep of base equipment
Assist Section Managers in operational assignments and projects
Requirements

Possess at least a Higher NITEC/NITEC in Engineering, Business and Services or equivalent recognised qualification
Candidates with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the supervision of resource deployment and operations would have an added advantage
Able to multi-task and work independently with a hands-on approach
Demonstrate strong leadership and inter-personal communication skills
Able to perform shift work and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications Location: Worldwide
