Located in Riga, Latvia, Baltic Transocean Shipping & Crewing (BTSC) recruits seafarers from Eastern Europe mainly for German ship owners and ship managers. At BTSC, we see ourselves as service providers for both: the seafarers and the ship owners. We have dedicated ourselves to fair, transparent and professional procedures ever since our beginnings in 2012. We aim for long-term collaborations – based on mutual trust between all parties involved.
