Duties and responsabilities
Reports to Vice President CSL Americas while leading the global commercial project within IMOS to create greater standardization across divisions, develop long-term sustainable procedures and lead the team tasked to handle this project globally. Recommend organizational and system changes where required with the overarching aim of standard use of IMOS.
- Manage the approved IMOS roadmap across divisions and pillars to ensure execution, adhering to time line and make suggested adjustments where appropriate
- work closely with assigned Subject Matter Experts (SME) within each division to ensure they execute on their regional tasks to support the global road map
- Report to Steering Committee on progress, challenges, possible adjustments and address any organizational challenges preventing a successful implementation of the agreed road-map
- Represent CSL’s functional requirements with Veson and lead internal and external discussions of Business needs with regards to IMOS functionality
- Ensure new features within IMOS are explored together with SMEs for possible benefit and implementation within CSL
- Support and guide all divisions to improve their knowledge/understanding of IMOS
- Independently carry out analysis and evaluate various scenarios for business/process and system configuration changes or implementations, that will support overall business improvements
- Explore possible system functionalities preventing free use of IMOS fields and establish whether system warnings can be introduce
- Training manuals/job aids to be develop providing tools to ensure continued success of IMOS once roadmap fully addressed.
Qualification and skills
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, administration or business
- Study or experience in international trade would be an asset
- Ability to collaborate closely with other parts of the organization within business units or with organizations external to the company
- Understanding of business analysis and research
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good teacher/trainer
- Self directed, results oriented and having the ability to respond to inquiries from multiple sources
- Strong system skills, understanding of the business (multiple pillars) and how things are connected
- Willingness and ability to travel
