Field Service Engineer Turbochargers

Job Description
Your Tasks:

Being able to carry out maintenance and repair;

Able to lead service technicians to carry out maintenances commissioning, performance tests, troubleshooting & root cause analysis;

Able to carry out all kind of maintenance, planned, unplanned, preventive, troubleshooting;

Assist in preventive vibration measurement and analysis and preventive maintenance on the basis of this analysis;

Implementation of tasks as part of the maintenance of turbochargers;

Installation, implementation and troubleshooting of field services;

Independently completes individual tasks and sub packages;

Operational support in all stages of a project;

Implementation of HSE standards in maintenance activities;

Identifying the spare parts requirements for maintenance of activities;

Analysis of the maintenance data and suggestion for improvement.


Who you are:

You are a qualified marine engineer or field service technician with at least 3 years of maintenance experience on turbochargers;

You have a technical training / background with knowledge of electronic and pneumatic systems;

You are assertive and motivated with the ability to work independently as well as in a team;

You can work under time pressure and you have excellent technical and commercial skills;

You are service oriented, a team player and flexible;

You have a good command of the English language (spoken and written);

You are able to travel often and at short notice in Europe (valid driver's license + passport);

You are living in the Antwerpen region;

Overtime and allowances are paid out on top of the standard gross month salary

Gross month salary between 2500 and 4000 euro gross per month (excluding allowances and overtime)

You are travelling worldwide 75% of the time
