We are looking for a Chief Officer (non DP) for our Clients 45.5m Landing Craft.
The vessel is providing a passenger/vehicle ferry and inter-island cargo service. She carries a crew of 8. This vessel is operating in challenging weather conditions with a very diverse workload: the ferry service attracts a mix of HGVs and domestic traffic; the cargo service is around many small outer lying islands, carrying general cargo and livestock, and requires adaptability and hands on deck work.

Date: April 23rd - permanent role - 4/5 week rotations
Mandatory certs:
- Chief Off CoC
- FSE UK CeC for all other nationalities that are on the MCA approved list for Deck and Engine Officers
- All STCWs for position
- ENG1 / Seafarers Medical
- Very high standard of both written & spoken English
- Must be willing to take a full medical and background check to receive a work permit for immigration purposes in the Falkland Islands
- Seamans Book & Passport
