Gulf Marine Services (GMS) is urgently seeking experienced Second Mate to join our DP-2 Self-Propelled Jack-Up Barge (SPJUB) operating in Northwest Europe.
Candidates with UK/EU offshore experience are highly preferred; UK/EU nationals or those with the right to work in the region will be an advantage.
Key Requirements:
- Valid STCW Certificate of Competency STCW Reg II/1 (OOW Deck)
- Minimum 4 years’ experience as Second Mate on offshore DP vessels, preferably in offshore windfarm operations
- DP Basic (Induction) certificate mandatory. Advanced / Full DPO certification preferred
- Valid BOSIET / FOET including CA-EBS
- Familiarity with offshore wind / renewables operations
- Strong safety awareness and good communication skills
