A 65m private and charter motor yacht is seeking an experienced Head Chef to join the vessel on a permanent contract. The role involves full responsibility for the galley, including menu planning, budgeting, and hygiene, to create exceptional cuisine for owners and charter guests. Candidates must have previous experience as a Head Chef on similar-sized motor yachts, a strong repertoire across various cuisines, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Immediate availability is required. The package includes a salary of $10,000 per month (DOE) and 60 days' annual leave.
