An experienced Captain is sought for offshore tugboat operations, focusing on safe and efficient vessel and crew management. Duties include enforcing company policies, conducting safety drills, managing crew performance, and overseeing cargo and vessel security. A USCG Master of Towing Vessels license, TWIC, and 3-5 years of relevant experience are required. The schedule is approximately 28 days on and 14 days off.
