SUMMARY:
Voyage Global Energy is currently looking for a Senior Structural Engineer to start working immediately for one of the world's leading Subsea organisations. The positions will be within the Structures Discipline in the Rigid Pipeline & Structural Engineering, with emphasis on structural analysis and design of permanent works. With a proven track record in this type of work you will have experience in the following:
Design of permanent work as PLEMs, Riserbases, Protection Structures, Spools, Tees
Design of installation aids
Follow up such design at subcontractors and fabricators on behalf of various projects
Write specifications for design of temporary & permanent work
Advise and guide younger engineers in design of smaller temporary and permanent work structures
QUALIFICATIONS:
The candidates will have a relevant engineering degree and possess strong technical knowledge within design of permanent work.
Minimum 5 years relevant experience as well as strong analysis skills (i.e. STAAD and ANSYS
Travel:
Primarily office based in Stavanger, but can involve travel to other sites/locations and some offshore periods
