2nd off for PSV

The requested 2nd off needs to be in possession of next valid certification:

• seaman’s book (national and flag state)
• Dutch certificate of competence Second Officer (at least valid for 6 months after signing off)
• seafarer medical examination (at least valid till the end of the intended contract on-board VOS BV vessel)
• STCW courses (appropriate for the type of vessel trade)
• DP limited certificate,
• minimum 1 year of PSV experience
• 1 year of North Sea experience
• must have a good command of the English language (both verbal and in writing)
