Technical Superintendent with marine experience

A reputed offshore shipping company in the Middle East is looking to hire an experienced Technical Superintendent. The ideal candidate should have strong offshore background.
Responsibilities;
Analyse and review maintenance & repair reports
Review docking list
Attend scheduled repairs
Provide technical advice on all maintenance and repairs of vessels
Monitor vessel performance
Provide technical input to tenders and contracts
Carry out risk assesments
Monitor vessel budget

Requirement
Must have sailed as Chief Engineer
Shore based experience as a Technical Superintendent will be preferred
