Operator

As Operator you are responsible for the execution, implementation and supervision
of assigned commercial contracts, time and voyage charters as well as ensuring
that the highest financial results are achieved. You ensure and facilitate smooth
communication between various parties involved in the execution/implementation
of commercial contracts. You actively participate in project execution and liaise
between vessel and client. In this function you maintain a contract administration
for each assigned vessel and provide reports and analyses to support the
effectiveness of the commercial contracts. In addition, you assist with internal
projects to improve interdepartmental commercial processes and actively
participate in commercial business development.
Our preferred candidate for this function has a Bachelor’s degree, experience in a
similar maritime commercial position and/or seagoing experience as Deck Officer.
In addition, you have excellent analytical, problem solving and communication
skills and a commercial attitude.
