Accounting Manager (1 fte)

The Accounting Manager is responsible for monitoring all day-to-day
accounting functions for all Dutch Management Companies and the payroll
administration. You are also responsible for the monthly end closure, including
delivery of comprehensive financial reports. You keep the accounting manual
up to date and you make sure that the work is done in accordance with
company guidelines and procedures, by ensuring accounting processes are
aligned across all Dutch Management Companies. You maintain and improve
the workflow and efficiency of the department. In this position you are
responsible for managing the performance of your team and development of
the team members.
To excel in this function you should have a Master’s degree in Accounting,
Finance or related field with 10 years’ working experience in a complex
accounting environment. You possess solid managerial experience with
ambition to drive the effective use of resources to meet department goals.
You have the ability to work and interact with all levels of team members
throughout the organisation and accounting teams within the Management
Companies. Excellent communication and reporting skills in English are
required.
