Chief Officer, Crude Oil Tanker

We need chief officer (Russian nationality only) for OSG Shipmanagement with 19 months in rank for m/t Oversias Eliane (DWT100000t; built in 1994y in Korea).
Joining: beg. September
Russian crew on board: 2 x C/OFF onboard (only cargo operations); 2 x 3/OFF; 2 x Pumpman; 2 x 4/E.
Trade area: Gulf of Mexico (lightering)
Vessel’s details is attached.
Wage: 9625 USD + 25 USD per year in rank + 500 USD per Master’s license + 300 USD (lightering bonus).
