Assistant Commercial Manager

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for sales and business development in China region, especially in respects of break bulk or over-sized projects.
Visit potential customers and follow directly the implementation of the sales strategy.
Focus on customer relationship development, establishment and improvement.
Maintain good communication with overseas agents, branch offices and customers.
Be active and dare to take responsibility for any commercial and contract negotiations.
Coordinate with operations and Customer service areas for the good performance of operation and project.



Job Requirements:

University degree, preferably in shipping or logistics industry.
Minimum 5 years relevant managerial experiences in shipping or related fields, Experiences in West Africa Trade is a definite advantage.
Familiar with break bulk cargo or over-sized project operation.
Excellent competency in both written and spoken English, or French and Chinese / Mandarin.
Experienced or having proved track record in establishing good relationship with clients.
Having sharp commercial sense, extroversive, self-motivated, independent, resourceful and enthusiastic.
A good team player with strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure.
